Wood ear fungus salad eaten with kadok leaves

A traditional nyonya salad prepared with a combination of finely chopped wood ear fungus, steamed chicken strips, onions, lemongrass, Kaffir lime leaves and torched ginger.

These will be placed on kadok leaves and topped with grated coconut & sambal. Pop into your mouth and all the flavours and different textures will explode onto your palate.

This dish is also good to go with
