Sweet and spicy sotong on top of 4 angle beans

The squids are stir fried with milk, santan and a dash of chili. It is then poured over the 4 angle beans which were blanched earlier. 

The gravy pairs perfectly with rice, and when the beans are cooked just right, the addition of milk provides a tinge of milky sweetness while the chilli brings all the flavours together.
