A Truly Malaccan dish, eggs fried with small shrimps (krill) that have been fermented with rice & salt.

Egg omelette fried with Cincalok which is little tiny shrimps called geragau. This shrimps are a plenty off the west coast of Malaysia. That is why the best cincalok comes from Malacca where we source from. 

Our Telur Cincalok is a little crispy and very aromatic with just the right hint of the salty and pungent taste of the cincaluk.
